Jane Frost
Jane is a customer-based change expert and has been a senior and board roles in strategy and marketing across companies and organisations as diverse as Unilever, Shell, the BBC and government.
She was awarded a CBE for radical changes to government strategy on tax collection based on innovative research which is still a case study across the civil service. Her experience includes the creation of BBC Technology, and she also holds over 150 marketing and advertising awards including
a double platinum disc for Perfect Day – Lou Reed’s only number 1 in the UK, which made £2.7 m for Children in Need. She has been a vice chair of the Fairtrade Foundation and is a trustee of Cats Protection and the Lowry Arts Centre as well as co-chairing the Tiffany Circle of the British Red Cross.
She is now CEO of MRS, the UK regulator for market and social research and the oldest professional body for the sector in the world.
